合并下胫腓韧带损伤的踝关节骨折手术与非手术治疗的效果对比评价

Comparative Evaluation of Surgical and Non-surgical Treatment for Ankle Fracture with Lower Tibiofibular Ligament Injury

目的探究合并下胫腓韧带损伤的踝关节骨折手术与非手术治疗的效果。方法将2017年1月-2018年1月在该院接受治疗的112例合并下胫腓韧带损伤的踝关节骨折患者作为研究的对象,按随机数字表法分成两组,观察组56例采取手术方法治疗,对照组56例采取非手术方法治疗,进一步比较两组治疗效果。结果 (1)观察组、对照组治疗有效率分别为96.43%、76.79%,观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)治疗后,观察组踝关节功能评分、生存质量评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组VAS评分则明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论踝关节骨折合并下胫腓韧带损伤实行手术治疗的效果良好,能明显提高治疗效果改善生存质量,有利于尽早恢复踝关节功能;因此,值得在临床治疗领域中使用及推广。

Objective To explore the effect of surgical and non-surgical treatment of ankle fracture with lower tibiofibular ligament injury. Methods 112 cases of ankle fracture with lower tibiofibular ligament injury treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were divided into two groups according to random number table. 56 cases in the observation group were treated by surgical method, 56 cases in the control group were treated by non-surgical method,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were further compared. Results 1.The effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 96.43% and 76.79%, respectively. The observation group was significantly higher than the control group. The data of the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05). 2.After treatment, the ankle function score and quality of life score in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), while the VAS score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion Surgical treatment of ankle fracture combined with injury of inferior tibiofibular ligament is effective, which can significantly improve the treatment effect, improve the quality of life, and help to restore ankle function as soon as possible. Therefore, it is worth using and promoting in the field of clinical treatment.
