下肢牵引带在小儿先天性髋关节脱位术前牵引中的应用

Application of Lower Extremity Traction Band in Preoperative Traction of Congenital Hip Joint Dislocation in Children

目的研究探讨在小儿先天性髋关节脱位治疗中,术前应用下肢牵引带牵引临床效果。方法研究对象为该院2018年1-11月收治的58例先天性髋关节脱位患儿。按收治顺序方式分为研究组(29例)与对照组(29例),研究组给予该院自制的下肢牵引带术前进行牵引治疗,对照组给予传统海绵牵引带术前进行牵引治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果研究组下滑发生率13.79%,患儿压疮发生率3.45%,术前牵引时间(11.21±2.14)d,均明显优于对照组75.86%、17.24%、(14.47±2.81),两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在小儿先天性髋关节脱位治疗中,术前应用自制肢牵引带牵引有较好的临床疗效,能够明显缩短患儿牵引时间,降低压疮发生风险,提高治疗质量。

Objective To study the clinical effect of traction belt traction of lower extremity before operation in the treatment of congenital dislocation of hip joint in children. Methods 58 cases of congenital dislocation of hip joint were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to November 2018. According to the order of treatment, the patients were divided into study group(29 cases) and control group(29 cases). The study group was given traction treatment of lower extremity traction band made by our hospital before operation, and the control group was treated with traction treatment before operation of traditional sponge traction belt, and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of decline was 13.79% and the incidence of pressure sore was 3.45% in the study group. The traction time before operation was(11.21 ±2.14) days, which was significantly better than that in the control group 75.86%, 17.24%,(14.47±2.81). There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of congenital dislocation of hip joint in children, the application of self-made limb traction belt traction before operation has a good clinical effect, which can obviously shorten the traction time of children, reduce the risk of pressure sore and improve the quality of treatment.
