分析足部护理对糖尿病患者周围神经病变预后的医学价值

Analysis of the Medical Value of Foot Care for the Prognosis of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的 分析足部护理应用于糖尿病周围神经病变预后的医学价值.方法 在该院2017年9月—2018年10月期间选取74例患者作为研究对象,以护理方案作为分组基准将所有患者均分为两组,常规组患者使用普通护理方案,优质组患者使用足部护理方案,比较两组患者护理效果.结果 优质组患者护理有效率明显高于常规组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);优质组患者接受护理后腓总神经传导速度上升幅度高于常规组患者,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)).结论 足部护理能够有效提升糖尿病患者周围神经病变预后,建议在临床中进行应用.

Objective To analyze the medical value of foot care in the prognosis of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods 74 patients were selected from September 2017 to October 2018 in our hospital. All patients were divided into two groups according to the nursing scheme. The conventional group used the general nursing scheme, while the high-quality group used the foot nursing scheme. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of nursing in the high quality group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group, and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). After receiving nursing, the increase of common peroneal nerve conduction velocity in the high quality group was higher than that in the conventional group, and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05). Conclusion Foot care can effectively improve the prognosis of diabetic peripheral neuropathy, and it is recommended to be applied in clinical practice.
