心理护理在糖尿病足伴抑郁症护理中的运用

The Application of Psychological Nursing in the Nursing of Diabetic Foot with Depression

目的 探究于糖尿病足伴抑郁症护理应用中开展心理护理的临床价值分析.方法 研究选取2018年1月—2019年5月期间的112例糖尿病足伴抑郁症患者进行比对分析,采用电脑随机分组,将56例患者设为研究组,采用基础护理联合心理护理模式,将56例患者设为对照组,采用基础护理模式,比对两组患者护理差异.结果 通过给予患者用药依从性自评量表反馈显示,研究组用药依从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);通过给予两组患者护理满意问卷反馈,研究组满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);通过给予患者情绪量表评估显示,护理前两组患者HAMA及HAMD维度评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,研究组患者在HAMA及HAMD维度评分均显著低于对照组评分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 于糖尿病足伴抑郁症护理应用中开展心理护理,可有效提高患者用药依从性,改善患者负性情绪,利于提高整体治疗及护理质量,值得临床推广应用.

Objective To explore the clinical value of psychological nursing in the application of diabetic foot depression nursing. Methods 112 patients with diabetic foot depression from January 2018 to May 2019 were selected for comparison and analysis. 56 patients were divided into study group, basic nursing combined with psychological nursing mode, 56 patients as control group by computer random grouping, 56 patients with diabetes mellitus and depression were divided into two groups: control group(n =56) and control group(n=56). The basic nursing model was used to compare the nursing differences between the two groups. Results The rate of drug compliance in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), and the patients in the study group were filled with the feedback of the nursing satisfaction questionnaire given to the patients in the study group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The meaning rate of the control group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The scores of HAMA and HAMD were not significantly different between the two groups before nursing,the difference was not statistically significant(P >0.05). After nursing, the scores of HAMA and HAMD in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological nursing in the nursing of diabetic foot with depression can effectively improve the compliance of patients with drug use, improve the negative mood of patients, improve the overall treatment and nursing quality, and is worthy of clinical application.
