穴位按摩结合情志护理对抑郁症患者康复的影响

Effect of Acupoint Massage Combined with Emotional Nursing on Rehabilitation of Depressive Patients

目的 探讨穴位按摩结合情志护理对抑郁症患者康复的影响.方法 选取2018年2—12月该院接收的72例抑郁症患者,根据先后入院时间平均分为两组,每组36例,对照组开展常规治疗及护理,研究组则在对照组的基础上接受穴位按摩联合情志护理,统计各组治疗效果.结果 在HAMD评分及PSQI评分方面,治疗后,研究组均较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组平均脉搏较对照组更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 抑郁症护理及治疗过程中,通过穴位按摩联合情志护理,不仅可以改善患者抑郁病症、睡眠质量,同时有助于脉搏平稳.

Objective To explore the effect of acupoint massage combined with emotional nursing on the rehabilitation of depressive patients. Methods Seventy-two patients with depression received in our hospital from February to December 2018 were divided into two groups according to the time of admission, 36 in each group. The control group received routine treatment and nursing, while the research group received acupoint massage combined with emotional nursing on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effect of each group was counted. Results In terms of HAMD score and PSQI score, after treatment, the study group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment, the average pulse of the study group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<.05). Conclusion Acupoint massage combined with emotional nursing can not only improve the depressive symptoms and sleep quality of patients, but also help to stabilize the pulse in the process of nursing and treatment of depression.
