预见性健康教育及局部护理在糖尿病足护理中的应用分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨预见性健康教育及局部护理在糖尿病足护理中的应用分析。方法 选取该院烧伤科于2017年1月-2019年6月开始治疗糖尿病足患者38例,采用简单随机分组方法,分为观察组和对照组各19例,两组均接受常规治疗措施和护理措施,观察组在此基础上加入健康教育及局部护理,统计并分析两组患者治疗依从性、治疗效果、不良反应发生率调查得分等。结果 观察组患者治疗依从性显著高于对照组;观察组患者不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,且患者的慢性创面溃疡治愈率低于对照组,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 预见性健康教育及局部护理可明显提高糖尿病足患者的生活质量,减轻病患的痛楚,改善临床症状,降低不良反应的发生率。 Objective To explore the application of predictive health education and local nursing in the nursing of diabetic patients. Methods 38 patients with diabetic foot were selected from the Burn Department of our hospital from January 2017 to June 2019. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 19 cases in each group.Both groups received routine treatment and nursing measures. On the basis of the observation group, health education and local nursing were added to the observation group. The treatment compliance, therapeutic effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were analyzed. Incidence should be investigated and scored. Results The treatment compliance of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the cure rate of chronic wound ulcer in the patients was lower than that in the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Predictive health education and local nursing can significantly improve the quality of life of patients with diabetic foot, alleviate the pain of patients, improve clinical symptoms and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
