关节镜手术联合玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗半月板损伤的疗效观察

Effect of Arthroscopic Surgery Combined with Intra-articular Injection of Sodium Hyaluronate on Meniscus Injury

目的评价半月板损伤采取关节镜手术联合玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗的可行性与效果.方法选择该院2016年9月—2018年9月期间收治的80例半月板损伤患者,随机分为关节镜手术治疗的对照组(n=40)与联合玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗的联合组(n=40).对比治疗12周后临床疗效以及治疗期间患者膝关节功能评分、满意度.结果联合组半月板损伤患者治疗后临床疗效、满意度、膝关节功能评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论对比关节镜手术治疗,加行玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗半月板损伤整体疗效更佳,在改善患者膝关节功能方面效果更明显.

Objective To evaluate the feasibility and effect of arthroscopic surgery combined with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate for meniscal injury. Methods 80 patients with meniscus injury admitted to our hospital from September 2016 to September 2018 were randomly divided into two groups: the control group(n=40) treated by arthroscopic surgery and the combined group(n=40) treated by intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate. The clinical efficacy, knee function score and satisfaction were compared after 12 weeks of treatment. Results The clinical efficacy,satisfaction and knee joint function score of the combined group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Compared with arthroscopic surgery, intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate is more effective for meniscus injury, especially in improving knee joint function.
