生活垃圾分类的国内外对比与分析

Comparison and Analysis of Domestic Waste Classification at Home and Abroad

针对我国垃圾分类的现状,从管理体制和理念、法律法规、垃圾成分和分类方式、分类系统建设、宣传教育和激励机制5个方面,与发达国家进行详细对比和分析总结;建议从健全法律法规和制度标准、完善作业管理和考核评价指标、因地制宜循序推进、加大投入建设垃圾分类系统、加强全面宣传教育和专业培训等方面推动我国生活垃圾分类。

Aim at the current situation of waste classification in China,a detailed comparison and analysis and summary with developed countries from five aspects were carried out,namely management system and idea,laws and regulations,composition and classification mode of waste,classification system construction,publicity and education,and incentive mechanism.It is suggested that we could promote the waste classification in China from the following aspects:improve the system of laws and regulations and institutional standards,improve operational management and assessment indicators,increasing relevant inputs to build the four classification systems,strengthen comprehensive publicity,education and professional training.
