摘要
以某生活垃圾焚烧发电厂的渗沥液浓缩液回用工艺作为研究对象,分别研究了浓缩液用于制浆对半干法脱酸系统的影响,以及浓缩液用于飞灰螯合稳定化对重金属浸出的影响。与工艺水制浆相比,浓缩液制浆提高了半干法对HCl和SO2的脱除效率,且脱酸性能更稳定;用浓缩液取代工艺水用于飞灰螯合稳定化,在螯合剂添加量相同的情况下,飞灰的重金属浸出浓度没有异常波动。结果表明焚烧厂浓缩液消纳可用于半干法制浆和飞灰螯合稳定化。
Taking the leachate concentration reuse process of a domestic waste incineration power plant as the research object,the effects of concentrate used for slurry preparation on semi-dry deacidification system and fly ash chelating and stabilization on heavy metal leaching were studied.Compared with preparing lime slurry by process water,preparing lime slurry by leachate concentrate improved the removal efficiency of HCl and SO2 by semi-dry process,and the deacidification performance was more stable.Using leachate concentrate instead of process water for fly ash chelating and stabilization,there was no abnormal fluctuation in the heavy metal leaching concentration of fly ash with the same amount of chelating agent added.The results showed that leachate concentrate absorption in incineration plant could be used for slurry preparation by semi-dry method and fly ash chelating and stabilization.
