摘要
以浙江省某生活垃圾焚烧发电厂的渗沥液处理工程为实例,介绍了垃圾渗沥液的处理工艺。该工程采用“预处理+厌氧+MBR+NF/RO双膜法”处理工艺,渗沥液处理规模为800 t/d,浓液采用物料膜和高压膜进一步处理,提高原水回收率,剩余浓水用于回喷入炉等,产水回用至循环水系统从整体上达到渗沥液“零排放”标准。通过分析得出,传统的“预处理+厌氧+MBR+双膜法”处理工艺在各阶段能降低垃圾渗沥液中的污染物浓度,其在渗沥液处理市场仍有较大的优势。
Taking the leachate treatment project of a domestic waste incineration power plant in Zhejiang province as an example,the process of leachate treatment was introduced.The treatment process of“pretreatment+anaerobic+MBR+NF/RO membrane”was adopted to treat the leachate with a scale of 800 t/d.The concentrated liquid was further treated with material film and high pressure film to improve the recovery rate of raw water,and the remaining concentrated water was used for returning to the furnace and other systems.The produced water was reused until the circulating water system met the“zero emission”standard of leachate on the whole.Through the analysis,it has been concluded that the traditional treatment process of“pretreatment+anaerobic+MBR+NF/RO membrane”can reduce the concentration of pollutants in leachate at each stage,and it still has a great advantage in the leachate treatment market.
