摘要
选用中国市政工程西北设计研究院有限公司设计的黄土高原区6个生活垃圾填埋场,分别采用考虑暴雨参数的水科所公式和仅考虑汇水面积的公路所公式,计算截洪沟50 a一遇洪峰流量,公路所公式计算结果偏小。由于公路所公式没有考虑填埋场建设地暴雨参数,且未提供100 a一遇洪峰流量计算的相关参数,无法有效指导相应的工程设计,建议结合水利电力科学研究所经验公式或其他公式进行截洪沟设计洪峰流量计算。
Six domestic waste landfills in loess plateau designed by China municipal engineering northwest design and research institute Co.Ltd.were selected.The empirical formula of water conservancy research institute considering rainstorm parameters and the empirical formula of highway geotechnical research institute considering catchment area were respectively used to calculate the flood peak flow of cut-off ditch encountered every 50 years,the calculation result of empirical formula of highway geotechnical research institute was relatively small.Since the empirical formula of highway geotechnical research institute did not take into account the rainstorm parameters of landfill construction site,and did not provide the relevant parameters for calculating the peak flow of 100-year flood,it was unable to effectively guide the corresponding engineering design.It was suggested that the empirical formula of water conservancy and electricity research institute or other formulas should be combined to calculate the designed flood peak flow of the cut-off ditch.
