摘要
以南京某山谷型垃圾填埋场三号库区为例,对该库区周边截洪沟的设计进行了分析和计算。分别采用公路科学研究所经验公式、公路科学研究所简化公式、水利电力科学研究所经验公式和有降雨资料的公路科学研究所公式计算该库区周边汇水面积的洪水水量并进行对比。根据对比结果并综合考虑现场实际情况和经济成本,最终确定采用水力电力科学研究所经验公式,并根据其计算的洪水水量设计出截洪沟尺寸。考虑极端天气的暴雨强度,对截洪沟增设了0.3 m的超高高度。经近4 a的运行证明,该设计方案符合现场运行情况、方案科学可靠。
Taking the no.3 reservoir area of a valley-scale landfill in Nanjing as an example,the design of cut-off ditch around the reservoir area was analyzed and calculated.The empirical formula and simplified formula of the research institute of highway science,the empirical formula of the research institute of hydraulic and electric power and the formula of the research institute of highway science with rainfall data were used to calculate and compare the flood volume of the catchment area around the reservoir area.According to the comparison results and considering the actual situation and economic cost,the empirical formula of hydraulic and electric power research institute was finally determined,and the size of cut-off ditch was designed according to the calculated flood volume.Considering the intensity of rainstorm in extreme weather,an ultra-high height of 0.3 m was added to the cut-off ditch.Finally,the operation of nearly 4 a showed that the design scheme conformed to the field operation and was scientific and reliable.
