综合护理干预对脑出血患者术后神经功能康复的效果分析

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on postoperative rehabilitation of neurological function in cerebral hemorrhage patients

目的探讨综合护理干预对脑出血患者术后神经功能康复的应用效果。方法将入院的80例脑出血手术患者随机分为2组。常规组给予常规康复护理,综合护理组给予综合护理干预,比较2组患者干预前后神经缺损、四肢功能、康复依从性、认知水平,并随访远期生活能力。结果综合护理组干预后美国国立卫生研究院制定的神经缺损量表(NIHSS)评分显著低于常规组(P<0.05),上下肢Fugl-Meyer评分、康复依从性总分、认知水平总分、末期随访生活能力总分均显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预对脑出血术后患者神经功能康复具有显著效果。

Objective To investigate the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on postoperative neurological rehabilitation in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 80 patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted to hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The routine group received routine rehabilitation care,and the comprehensive nursing group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.Nerve defects,limb function,rehabilitation compliance,cognitive level were compared and long-term life ability was followed up.Results The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)scores in the comprehensive nursing group were significantly lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).The Fugl-Meyer scores of lower and upper limbs,the total scores of rehabilitation compliance as well as cognitive level and life ability at the end of follow-up were significantly higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention has significant effect on postoperative neurological rehabilitation for patients with cerebral hemorrhage.
