自动发药机应用于医院门诊药房效果分析

Application of Automatic Dispensing Machine in Outpatient Pharmacy of a Hospital

目的提高医院药房工作效率及服务水平。方法简述自动发药机系统组成与处方调剂流程,对自动发药机系统的优势、使用初期调剂时间延长原因和优化措施进行分析。结果自动发药机的应用降低了药房工作强度,减少了发药差错与投诉率,缩短了患者取药等候时间,有利于药品近效期管理,提高了药房服务满意度等。但使用初期因人为因素、发药机因素及医院信息系统(HIS)等因素导致调剂速度不减反增,影响药房工作效率。针对问题采取优化措施后,体现了自动发药机的优势。结论自动发药机的应用提高了医院药学服务质量,但也存在一定的不足,需要生产厂家、药师、HIS管理部门和信息科等多方协作,保证自动发药机快速、准确地完成调剂工作,为患者提供更优质的药学服务。

Objective To improve the working efficiency and service level in outpatient pharmacy of a hospital.Methods The composition of the automatic dispensing system and the dispensing process were introduced.The advantages of the automatic dispensing system,the reasons for prolonging the initial dispensing time and the optimization measures were analyzed.Results The application of the automatic dispensing machine reduced the work intensity of the pharmacy,the error of drug dispensing and the rate of complaint,shortened the waiting time for drug-taking,which was beneficial to the management of the nearly valid drugs and improved the service satisfaction of the pharmacy.But the man-induced factors,machine factors,hospital information system(HIS)and other factors led to the initial speed of drug dispensing increased rather than decreased,which affected the working efficiency of pharmacy.After taking optimization measures to solve the problems,the advantages of the automatic dispensing machine were reflected.Conclusion The application of automatic dispensing machine improves the quality of pharmaceutical care in the hospital,but there were also some shortcomings,it is necessary for the manufacturer,pharmacists,HIS management department and information department to cooperate with each other to ensure that the automatic dispensing machine can complete the dispensing work quickly and accurately,in order to provide better pharmaceutical care for patients.
