开展一流本科教育是当下高校普遍关心的话题,培养拔尖创新人才话题再次受到关注。培养拔尖创新人才作为一种人才战略被提出,但要科学实践却很困难,因为人们对拔尖创新人才成长的机理并不明确,从而为拔尖创新人才培养实验造成了困扰。地方高校力图办出自己的特色与品牌,也加入了拔尖创新人才培养实验行列,但如何测量实验效果却是一大难题。受传统教育模式影响,升研率就顺理成章地成为一种衡量指标,进而转化为实验追求的目标,由此导致了实验目的的异化。地方高校只有找准自己的办学定位才能获得成功,走应用型创新型人才培养之路可能是唯一可靠的选择。
