摘要 开展一流本科教育是当下高校普遍关心的话题,培养拔尖创新人才话题再次受到关注。培养拔尖创新人才作为一种人才战略被提出,但要科学实践却很困难,因为人们对拔尖创新人才成长的机理并不明确,从而为拔尖创新人才培养实验造成了困扰。地方高校力图办出自己的特色与品牌,也加入了拔尖创新人才培养实验行列,但如何测量实验效果却是一大难题。受传统教育模式影响,升研率就顺理成章地成为一种衡量指标,进而转化为实验追求的目标,由此导致了实验目的的异化。地方高校只有找准自己的办学定位才能获得成功,走应用型创新型人才培养之路可能是唯一可靠的选择。 First-class undergraduate education has been a focus in China’s higher education now,and the training of top-notch innovation talent attracts more attention again.However,it is not easy to push the strategy of the training of top-notch innovation talent into practice,because it is not clear about the growing mechanism of top-notch innovation talent,which causes trouble for the training experiment of top-notch innovation talent.In order to establish their own characteristics and brands,some local universities have joined the ranks of the training of top-notch innovation talent,but how to measure the experimental effect is a big problem.Influenced by the traditional education mode,the enrollment rate has become a kind of measure index,and then it has been transformed into the goal of experiment,which leads to the alienation of experiment purpose.If local universities want to go out of the dilemma,it is necessary to have a suitable orientation.
