摘要
此研究探讨抑郁大学生心理健康干预的有效途径,以促进抑郁大学生心理健康。方法:以团体心理辅导形式对50名抑郁情绪大学生进行为期5个月的学校支持干预训练。结果:两组被试在人际敏感、焦虑情绪、敌对情绪、恐怖情绪和阳性项目数五个维度上差异达到显著水平(P<0.05);在SCL-90总分、抑郁情绪、躯体症状、强迫症状四项差异达到非常显著水平(P<0.01);进一步访谈发现,教师支持、朋友支持对抑郁情绪学生的积极影响更大。结论:学校支持特别是教师支持与朋友支持干预训练能有效缓解抑郁大学生的负性情绪,提升其心理健康水平,应充分发挥学校支持中的教师支持与朋友支持作用,使之成为大学生心理健康教育的有效途径。
In order to explore the effective ways of mental health intervention for depressed college students and promote their mental health,we conducted a 5-month school’s support intervention training for 50 depressed college students in the form of group psychological counseling.The results showed that there were significant differences in interpersonal,anxiety,hostility,terror and the number of positive items between the two groups(P<0.05),and there were significant differences in the total score of SCL-90,depression,physical symptoms and compulsion(P<0.01).Further interviews found that teachers’support and friends’support had a greater positive impact on students with depression.The conclusion is:the intervention training of school support,especially teachers’support and friends’support can effectively alleviate the negative emotions of depressed college students and improve their mental health.We should give full play to the role of teachers’support and friends’support in school support so as to make it an effective way of the mental health education of college students.
