摘要
J23H1井深3 800 m左右,水平井水平段长度共计482 m,井斜基本控制在85°~90°。根据实际井况选择了合适的连续油管分簇射孔和桥塞联作方案。通过环空打压,启动坐封工具坐封桥塞,采用连续油管投球打压启动射孔枪起爆器进行点火。运用该工艺对该井的四段改造层段进行分簇射孔坐封桥塞作业,成功率100%。该作业可以带压作业,这次成功应用,为该项技术的推广和发展提供良好的基础。
The depth of J23 H1 well is more than 3 800 meters. The length of horizontal section of J23 H1 well is 482 meters.The deviation of J23 H1 well is controlled from 85°to 90°.According to the actual well conditions, the suitable scheme of coiled tubing cluster perforation and bridge plug connection is selected. Through annulus pressure, the bridge plug is set by the setting tool, and the primer of perforator is ignited by the coiled tubing shot pressure.This technology is applied to the four reformed sections of the well, and the success rate is100 %.This operation can be operated under pressure. This successful application provides a good basis for the popularization and development of this technology.
