微创拔牙术后拔牙创愈合的临床研究

Clinical research of healing of tooth extraction after minimally invasive extraction

目的:观察微创拔牙术后拔牙创愈合的临床效果。方法:选取80例共80颗阻生下颌第三磨牙,随机分为观察组(n=40颗,采用微创拔牙术)和对照组(n=40,采用传统拔牙术),术后随访观察各时间点两组拔牙创软组织和骨愈合情况。结果:观察组术后第1周和第2周拔牙创软组织愈合情况优于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05);观察组术后第10周拔牙创骨愈合例数优于对照组(P<0.01);观察组术后骨愈合时间相较对照组明显缩短(P<0.01)。结论:微创拔牙术可明显缩短拔牙创愈合时间,具有较好的临床推广应用价值。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of healing of tooth extraction after minimally invasive extraction.Methods:Eighty impacted mandibular third molars were randomly divided into an observation group(n=40,using minimally invasive extraction)and a control group(n=40,using traditional extraction).The soft tissue and bone healing of the extraction wounds were observed by postoperative follow-up in the two group at each time point.Results:The soft tissue healing of extraction wound in the observation group was better than that in the control group at the first and second weeks after operation(P<0.01,P<0.05).The bone healing of extraction wound in the observation group was better than that in the control group at the tenth week after operation(P<0.01).The bone healing time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Minimally invasive extraction can reduce the time of healing and is worth promoting and application.
