摘要
目的:针对薄膜包衣外观较差的中药半浸膏片,考察外加黏合剂对其包衣效果的影响。方法:采用高剪切制粒机制备中药半浸膏片的颗粒,分别以外加法加入不同的黏合剂(包括羟丙纤维素,共聚维酮和聚维酮K90),压片,对所得片剂进行胃溶型薄膜包衣,考察不同黏合剂对包衣的影响。结果:羟丙纤维素和共聚维酮可以使片剂获得外观最佳的薄膜包衣,而聚维酮K90效果较差。结论:外加法加入少量羟丙纤维素或共聚维酮可以显著改善片芯质量,从而改善薄膜包衣的外观。
Objective:To investigate the effect of binders on film-coating of TCM(traditional Chinese medicine)semiextractive tablets with poor coating surface.Methods:TCM semi-extractive granules were prepared by high shear granulation,different binders were extra-granularly added and blended,and the effect of binders on film-coating surface was investigated.Results:The tablet surface coated with HPC(hydroxypropyl cellulose)Kluce EXF and PVP/VA(copovidone)Plasdone S-630 was well while the one coated with PVP(povidone)Plasdone K-90 was not so good.Conclusion:Film-coating surface can be dramatically optimized by extra-granularly adding HPC or PVP/VA without changing granulating process.
