七氟醚对肺癌根治术患者血清E-selectin与ICAM-1及MMP-2表达的影响

Effect of Sevoflurane on the Expression of Serum E-selectin,ICAM-1 and MMP-2 of Patients Undergoing Radical Resection of Lung Cancer

目的对七氟醚对肺癌根治术患者血清E-selectin与ICAM-1及MMP-2表达影响进行分析。方法选取肺癌根治术患者100例进行研究观察,评价七氟醚对肺癌根治术患者血清E-selectin与ICAM-1及MMP-2表达的影响。结果对照组患者中鳞癌35例、腺癌15例,TNM分期Ⅰ期12例、Ⅱ期24例、Ⅲ期14例;观察组患者中鳞癌36例、腺癌14例,TNM分期Ⅰ期12例、Ⅱ期22例、Ⅲ期16例,各项内容无显著差异,不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者的失血量为(178±36)ml、液体输入量为(1380±220)ml、手术时间为(164±32)min,对照组患者失血量为(180±34)ml、液体输入量为(1412±250)ml、手术时间为(158±38)min,各术中指标内容无显著差异,不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组中相较于T0,T1~T3血清E-selectin、ICAM-1及MMP-2表达量明显增加,T1~T3时段观察组患者的各项表达程度均小于对照组患者,E-selectin、ICAM-1及MMP-2表达程度较低。结论七氟醚表达作用更强,对于代谢细胞有一定的毒性作用,对肺癌根治术患者血清E-selectin与ICAM-1及MMP-2表达起到抑制的作用,对人体免疫功能无明显影响。

Objective To observe the effect of sevoflurane on expression of serum E-selectin,ICAM-1 and MMP-2 of patients undergoing radical resection of lung cancer.Methods 100 patients with lung cancer treated with radical resection were selected for study and observation,the effect of sevoflurane on expression of serum E-selectin,ICAM-1 and MMP-2 of patients undergoing radical resection of lung cancer were evaluated.Results In the control group,there were 35 patients with squamous cell carcinoma,15 patients with adenocarcinoma,12 patients with TNM stageⅠ,24 patients with stageⅡand 14 patients with stageⅢ,in the observation group,there were 36 patients with squamous cell carcinoma,14 patients with adenocarcinoma,12 patients with TNM stageⅠ,22 patients with stageⅡand 16 patients with stageⅢ(P>0.05).The patients in the observation group had blood loss(178±36),fluid input(1380±220),and operation time(164±32),and the patients in the control group had blood loss(180±34),fluid input(1412±250),and operation time(158±38)(P>0.05).The expression levels of E-selectin,ICAM-1 and MMP-2 in serum of T1~T3 were significantly higher than those of T0.In the T1~T3 period,the expression levels of patients in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the expression levels of E-selectin,ICAM-1 and MMP-2 were low.Conclusion The expression of sevoflurane is stronger and has certain toxic effects on metabolic cells,which inhibits the expression of serum E-selectin,ICAM-1 and MMP-2 in patients undergoing radical resection of lung cancer,and has no significant effect on human immune function.
