三维超声评价卵巢内胚窦瘤的子宫内膜容受性价值

Three-dimensional Ultrasound Evaluation of Endometrial Receptivity of Ovarian Endodermal Sinus Tumor

目的探讨三维超声评价卵巢内胚窦瘤的子宫内膜容受性价值。方法采用总结、回顾性研究方法,选择卵巢内胚窦瘤患者63例作为观察组,同期选择黄体功能健全的20例女性作为对照组。所有入选者都给予常规超声与三维超声检查与评价,记录子宫内膜容受性与血流特征。结果两组入选者的年龄、体重指数、基础窦卵泡数、LH、E2、P等对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组的螺旋动脉血流PSV、RI、PI与子宫内膜厚度对比差异都无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的V0、V1与V2值都高于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的FI、VFI、FI1、VFI1都低于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三维超声能更准确全面地反映子宫内膜情况,可通过血流参数有效评价卵巢内胚窦瘤的子宫内膜容受性,有很好的应用价值。

Objective To evaluate the values of three-dimensional ultrasound in evaluating the endometrial receptivity of ovarian endodermal sinus tumors.Methods 63 patients with ovarian endodermal sinus tumors were selected as the observation group.20 women with healthy luteal function were selected as the control group.All patients were given routine ultrasound and three-dimensional ultrasound examinations to evaluate the endometrial receptivity and blood flow characteristics.Results There were no significant differences in age,body mass index,number of basal sinus follicles,LH,E2,P,etc.between the 2 groups(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in the ratio of PSV,RI,PI and endometrial thickness compared between the 2 groups(P>0.05).The V0,V1 and V2 values of the observation group were higher than the control group,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).The FI,VFI,FI1 and VFI1 of the observation group were lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Three-dimensional ultrasound can reflect the endometrial condition more accurately and comprehensively.It can effectively evaluate the endometrial receptivity of ovarian endodermal sinus tumor by blood flow parameters,and has good application values.
