蒙古铁矿块矿直接入炉基础冶金性能 被引量:6

Research on metallurgical properties of Mongolian lump ore

摘要 针对包头钢铁集团公司高炉炼铁现有的原料,利用矿相显微镜、扫面电镜对蒙古块矿和澳矿矿相和显微结构进行了检测,并进行了块矿的热爆裂实验、热分析实验、还原性实验、熔滴实验。结果表明,蒙古矿的铁品位比澳矿低,有害杂质含量较高,蒙古矿中含有70%的磁铁矿、15%的褐铁矿、15%的脉石矿物;而澳矿中含有赤铁矿约55%、褐铁矿约35%、脉石约10%;蒙古块矿的热爆裂指数低于澳矿,澳矿的还原性优于蒙古矿,蒙古矿比澳矿软化温度高约100℃,软熔区宽约40℃;不同配比矿料的熔滴性确定最佳的炉料结构,包钢最佳炉料结构的质量比为烧结矿:球团矿∶澳矿∶蒙古矿=6∶2∶1∶1。 According to the existing raw materials of Baotou Iron and Steel Group Corporation’s blast furnace, the mineral phase and microstructure of Mongolian iron and Australian ore were tested by mineral ographic microscope and SEM, and the thermal crack experiment, thermal analysis experiment, reduction test, molten drop test were carried out. The experimental results show that the iron grade of Mongolian ore is lower than that of Australian ore and the content of harmful impurities is higher than that of Australian ore. The Mongolian ore contains 70% magnetite, 15% limonite, and 15% gangue minerals;while the Australian ore contains about 55% of hematite, about 35% of limonite, and about 10% of gangue;The thermal crack index of Mongolian ore is lower than that of Australian ore. The reducibility of Australianore is better than that of Mongolia ore. The softening temperature of Mongolian ore is about 100 ℃ higher than that of Australian ore, the soft melting zone of Mongolian ore is about 40 ℃ wider than that of Australian ore. The optimum material structure is determined by the droplets of different proportions of mineral materials. The mass ratio of the best charge structure of Baotou Steel is sintered ore∶pellets∶Australian ore∶Mongolian ore=6∶2∶1∶1.
