超高压提取月见草油工艺条件的优化及理化性质的研究 被引量:7

摘要 以月见草籽为研究对象,使用超高压技术从月见草籽中提取植物油脂,并对所提取的天然植物油脂进行理化指标、脂肪酸含量的评定,以评价油脂的品质好坏。在单因素试验的基础上,设计响应面试验,优化油脂提取的工艺条件。结果表明:最佳提取工艺为以正己烷为提取溶剂,料液比1∶5.5(g/L),提取温度48℃,压力350 MPa,浸提时间9 min,在此条件下,月见草籽的出油率为23.6%。超高压提取工艺具有出油率高,油脂品质高等特点。 Taking evening primrose seeds as research objects,the plant oils were extracted from evening primrose seeds by using ultra-high pressure technology,and the physicochemical indexes and fatty acid contents of the extracted natural vegetable oils were used to evaluate the quality of the oils.On the basis of the single factor test,the response surface test was designed to optimize the process conditions of oil extraction.The results showed that the optimal extraction process was as follows:with n-hexane as extraction solvent,ratio of material to liquid 1∶5.5(g/L),extraction temperature of 48℃,pressure of 350 MPa,extraction time of 9 min,under these conditions.The oil yield of evening primrose seeds was 23.6%.The ultrahigh pressure extraction process has the characteristics of high oil yield and high oil quality.
