总结概述了我国对藜麦中多酚提取纯化工艺及功能活性研究现状,展望了其研究方向,为藜麦多酚的深入研究开发提供参考。
The recent progress on domestic extraction,purification and functional activities of polyphenols from Chenopodium quinoa were summarized,and its research directions were prospected,which provided references for the further research and development of polyphenols from Chenopodium quinoa.
