摘要
介绍国内火法精炼铜杆生产线在精炼工艺、原材料品位选择、燃烧系统、还原技术、环保措施等方面的创新。这些创新提高了生产的稳定性,改善了铜杆可拉性,使铜杆的优质率由80%左右提高到95%以上。纯氧燃烧系统与精炼工艺、炉型结构及还原系统的优化结合,使得铜杆单位综合能耗下降到50~75 m3/t(包含了氧气折算用量),比进口线(80~90 m3/t)低。此外还减少烟气排放,节省运行成本20%~30%。
The innovation of copper rod production line for pyrometallurgical refining in China in the refining process,raw material grade selection combustion system,reduction technology and environmental protection measures are in troduced.The production stability and drawability were improved,and the quality rate of copper rod was raised from about 80%to over 95%.Combining pure oxygen combustion system with refining process,furnace structure and re duction system,the overall energy consumption per unit of copper rod is reduced to 50-75 m3/t(including oxygen conversion amount),which is lower than 80-90 m3/t of import line.In addition,it also reduces flue gas emissions and saves operating costs by 20%-30%.
