Analysis of Strategies on Integrating the Enterprise Culture into Ideological and Political Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

在职业教育改革推动企业全方位融入高职院校办学过程的背景下,思想政治教育与企业对接融入企业元素日渐成为共识。要充分发挥文化的育人功效,寻求企业文化与高职思想政治教育的共通点,通过与教学实践同频共振、与学生管理同向发力、与校园文化同步前行,将企业文化融入高职院校思想政治教育全过程。

Under the background that the reform of vocational education promotes enterprises to integrate into the running process of higher vocational colleges,the integration of ideological and political education into enterprise elements has gradually become a consensus.We should give full play to the educational effect of culture,seek the common points between enterprise culture and higher vocational ideological and political education,and integrate enterprise culture into the whole process of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges through the same frequency resonance with teaching practice,the same direction with student management and the same pace with campus culture construction.
