名师工作室作为职业教育发展的重点方向,有利于发挥名师的示范、引领和带头作用,为职业院校培养出专业教学技能精湛、师德师风优良的教师。新时代加强职业教育名师工作室建设,要秉持开放发展、协同发展以及创新发展的理念定位,还要明确其功能定位,即搭建教师成长平台,促进专业建设与教学改革,整合课程资源,支撑产业发展,提供优质的社会服务等。与此同时,通过加强顶层设计、科学规划工作室的目标定位,完善考核评价机制,健全主持人选拔标准、实施“影子培训”计划等方面,探索名师工作室建设的优化路径。
