地方高职院校专业设置与劳动力市场契合度分析——以湖北工业职业技术学院为例

Analysis on the Consistency between Specialty Setting and Labor Market in Local Vocational Colleges——Taking Hubei Industrial Polytechnic as an Example

以就业为导向的职业教育专业设置必须符合劳动力市场需求,尤其是地方高职院校,生源主要是本地区,就业也以当地为主。以十堰地区和湖北工业职业技术学院为例,从十堰地区就业人员所在行业了解劳动力市场需求,将学院专业毕业生与行业对应,通过专业毕业生人数对应行业比例与十堰地区劳动力市场各行业人员比例关系分析二者契合度,提出专业设置和招生人数配置改进建议,以促进学院培养更符合地方市场需求的应用型人才,提升学院服务社会能力。

Employment-oriented professional settings of vocational education must meet the needs of the labor market,especially in Local Higher Vocational colleges,where students are mainly from the local region and the employment is mainly in local area.Taking Hubei Industrial Polytechnic as an example,based on the demand of labor market in Shiyan,this paper analyses the relationship between the proportion of graduates in the corresponding professions and the proportion of employees in the labor market in Shiyan.In order to make the training of applied talents more in line with the local market demand and enhance the social service ability of the college,suggestions are put forward to improve the specialty setting and enrollment allocation.
