高职院校新能源汽车专业现状及发展研究

Research on Current Situation and Development of New Energy Vehicle Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges

新能源汽车产销量稳步增长给新能源汽车人才需求带来了契机,高职院校新能源汽车专业也随之应运而生。但目前该专业存在课程设置不合理、师资力量不足、实训基地和设备不足、系统的专业教材缺乏等问题,为此,提出了优化重构课程体系、大力培养“双师型”教师、加快新能源汽车实训基地的建设、组织教师编篡系统化优质新能源教材等措施,使人才培养质量满足市场需求。

With the steady growth of production and sales of new energy automobiles,the demand for new energy automobile talents has been growing,and the new energy automobile specialty has emerged in higher vocational colleges.But at present,there are some problems in the specialty,such as unreasonable curriculum setting,insufficient teachers,insufficient training bases and equipment,and lack of systematic professional teaching materials.Therefore,some measures are put forward,such as optimizing and reconstructing the curriculum system,vigorously cultivating“double-qualified”teachers,speeding up the construction of new energy automobile training base,organizing teachers to compile systematized high-quality new energy teaching materials,etc.,so as to make the talent training quality meet the market demand.
