基于CAE分析的汽车过滤盖注塑模具优化设计

摘要 结合汽车滤清盖注塑成型脱模情况复杂的特点,在基于CAE分析的基础上,首先对产品脱模比较困难的结构位置特征进行了脱模方式分类,依据脱模方式分类,在对每个抽芯机构进行了脱模力计算分析的基础上设计了双油缸驱动的斜角多向顺序联动抽芯机构,同时,依据脱模力的大小对顶出机构及模具结构作出了设计计算分析,以优化机构及零件的合理选用。 With the complicated demoulding situation of injection molding of automobile filter cover,this paper firstly classifies the demoulding mode for the structural positions with difficult demoulding based on CAE analysis.According to the demoulding mode classification,a double-cylinder-driven bevel multi-direction sequential linkage core-pulling mechanism is designed on the basis of demoulding force calculation and analysis for each core-pulling mechanism.At the same time,the ejection mechanism and mould structure are designed and calculated according to demoulding force so as to optimize the mechanism and reasonably select the spare parts.
