摘要
目的探讨骨桥蛋白(OPN)、多效蛋白(PTN)和解整合素-金属蛋白酶8(ADAM8)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者血清中的表达及联合检测的临床意义。方法选择2014年1月-2017年12月在台州市中西医结合医院住院的NSCLC患者85例、肺良性病变患者20例,正常对照组30例,应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测研究对象血清中OPN、PTN和ADAM8表达水平。结果OPN、PTN和ADAM8在非小细胞肺癌组外周血清中的表达水平均显著高于肺良性病变组和正常对照组(P<0.05);NSCLC患者血清OPN、PTN和ADAM8表达水平在Ⅲ期+Ⅳ期显著高于Ⅰ期+Ⅱ期(P<0.05);有淋巴结转移组OPN、PTN和ADAM8表达水平显著高于无淋巴结转移组上述差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);单项检测敏感度和准确性较低,二联检测敏感度和准确性比单项检测均有所提高,3个指标联合检测敏感度和准确度达到81.2%和84.4%。结论OPN、PTN和ADAM8在NSCLC患者血清中高表达,可能参与了NSCLC的发生、发展;3个指标的联合检测则能提高其检出率。
Objective To investigate the expressions and their clinical significance of OPN,PTN and ADAM8 in sera of patients with NSCLC.Methods Eighty-five cases of NSCLC,20 cases of benign lung diseases were collected from Jan.2014 to Dec.2017,and 30 normal controls were enrolled in this study.The levels of OPN,PTN and ADAM8 were tested by Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results The levels of OPN,PTN and ADAM8 in peripheral blood of NSCLC group were significantly higher than those in benign lung disease group and the control group(P<0.05).The levels of OPN,PTN and ADAM8 in Ⅲ+Ⅳ stage patients were significantly higher than those in patients with Ⅰ+Ⅱ stage(P<0.05).The levels of OPN,PTN and ADAM8 in patients with lymph node metastasis were significantly higher than those without lymph node metastasis,with the above differences statistically significant(P<0.05).The sensitivity and accuracy of single detection were lower,the sensitivity and accuracy of binary detection were better than those of single detection,and the sensitivity and accuracy of three detection indexes were 81.2%and 84.4%.Conclusion The overexpression of OPN,PTN and ADAM8 in NSCLC patients may be involved in the occurrence and development of NSCLC.And the joint detection of three indicators can increase the detection rate.
