新颁《普通高等学校学生管理规定》前后学生课程考试违纪作弊情况分析研究

Analysis of Violations of Discipline and Cheating in the Curriculum Examinations before New Provisions on the Administration of University Students

教育部令第41号《普通高等学校学生管理规定》已于2017年9月1日起实施,在41号令中明确规定学生被认定为作弊的,学校可以给予开除学籍处分。本文对中国民航飞行学院2016—2018年新颁《普通高等学校学生管理规定》前后学生课程考试作弊违纪情况进行分析,探讨新形势下遏制大学生违纪作弊的对策,对促进良好校风学风的形成具有重要的意义。

The Ministry of Education Decree No.41"Regulations for the Administration of Students in General Colleges and Universities"was implemented on September 1,2017.It is clear in the 41th order that the student is deemed to have committed cheating,the school may give disqualification from the student.This article analyzes the cheating violations of the student's course exams before and after the Civil Aviation Flight University of China's 2016--2018 New Management Regulations for Students in Colleges and Universities,discusses the countermeasures for curbing cheating on the part of undergraduates in the new situation,and strengthens the education of students and promotes good learning atmosphere.It has important enlightenment and reference significance.
