早期电刺激生物反馈联合盆底肌锻炼对产后盆底功能恢复的影响 被引量:25

Effect of early electrical stimulation biofeedback combined with pelvic floor muscle exercise on the recovery of postpartum pelvic floor function

摘要 目的:探讨早期电刺激生物反馈联合盆底肌锻炼对产后盆底功能恢复的影响。方法:选取2016年7月至2017年10月间我院产科分娩且产后6~8周复诊需行盆底康复治疗者160例产妇为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予Kegel锻炼法,观察组在Kegel锻炼基础上增加电刺激生物反馈训练,分别于训练前及训练后6个月对两组产妇的盆底肌功能和性功能指数进行测定。结果:训练6个月后,观察组产妇盆底Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类肌纤维肌力较对照组显著升高,肌疲劳度也优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇性功能指数总分及性欲、性唤起、阴道润滑、性高潮、性生活满意度、性交疼痛等各维度评分均较对照组显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早期电刺激生物反馈联合盆底肌锻炼有助孕妇产后盆底肌功能恢复,提高产妇性功能,改善其产后生活质量。 Objective: To investigate the effect of early electrical stimulation biofeedback combined with pelvic floor muscle exercise on the recovery of postpartum pelvic floor function. Methods: A total of 160 puerperas who were required to perform pelvic floor rehabilitation in our hospital from July 2016 to 2017 October were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group performed Kegel exercise,and the observation group received electrical stimulation biofeedback training on top of Kegel exercise. The pelvic floor muscle function and sexual function index of the two groups were measured before training and 6 months after training,respectively. Results: After training for 6 months,the muscle strength of pelvic floor type I and II muscle fiber in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the muscle fatigue degree was also better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The scores of sexual function index,and sexual desire,sexual arousal,vaginal lubrication,orgasm,sexual life satisfaction and intercourse pain in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group( P < 0. 05).Conclusion: Early electrical stimulation biofeedback combined with pelvic floor muscle exercise can help pregnant women to recover postpartum pelvic floor muscles,improve their sexual function and improve their postpartum quality of life.
