同伴支持对改善老年糖尿病足截肢患者抑郁情绪及自我接纳的影响

Effect of peer support to improve depression and self-acceptance in elderly patients with diabetic foot amputation

目的:探讨同伴支持干预对老年糖尿病足截肢患者抑郁情绪及自我接纳水平的影响。方法:于2017年1月至10月对我院糖尿病足截肢的患者进行干预和调查。随机抽取出院后门诊复诊患者60例为对照组,60例为干预组。对照组采用常规护理干预,干预组在常规护理的基础上进行同伴支持干预。Zung抑郁自评量表和自我接纳问卷测量老年糖尿病足截肢患者在同伴支持干预前、后的抑郁情绪和自我接纳情况。结果:干预后,干预组的抑郁水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05),且自我接纳水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:同伴支持干预能够有效改善老年糖尿病足截肢患者抑郁情绪及自我接纳水平。

Objective:To explore the impact of peer support intervention on depression and self-acceptance of elderly patients with diabetic foot amputation.Methods:A total of 120 clinical elderly patients with diabetic foot amputation were randomly surveyed from January to October 2017 and randomly as allocated into control group and intervention group.Patients in the control group received conventional nursing care,while the intervention group received peer support intervention on top of conventional nursing care.The Self-rating Depression Scale and the Self-Acceptance Questionnaire were used to measure patients’depression and self-acceptance before and after intervention.Results:After the intervention,the depression level of the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the self-acceptance level was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The peer support intervention can relieve the depression and promote selfacceptance of elderly patients with diabetic foot amputation.
