摘要
焊缝无损探伤是色拉龙水电站蜗壳安装的重要工序。蜗壳焊缝数量之大,其分布、组成和分类,为焊缝选择性探伤提供依据和准备。从焊缝外观质量和超声波探伤检测,分析蜗壳焊缝无损探伤成果,得出"无论是纵缝、环缝,还是蝶边缝,抽样探伤焊缝的选定,一定要有代表性,促使焊接完好的蜗壳承载涡流的高速水压力"的结论,其成果和好做法值得推广。
Non-destructive testing of welds is an important procedure for installation of spiral case in Xelanong Hydropower Station.The distribution,composition and classification of welds in spiral case provide basis and preparation for selective inspection of welds.From the appearance quality of welds and ultrasonic flaw detection,the results of non-destructive testing of spiral case weld are analyzed.The conclusion that the selection of sampling flaw detection seam must be representative,whether in longitudinal welds,circumferential welds or butterfly edge welds,so that the well-welded spiral case can bear the high-speed water pressure of eddy current is obtained.The results and good practices are worth promoting.
