超声检测仪器发射性能参数测试与探讨

The Measurement and Discussion of Emission Parameters on Ultrasonic Testing Instruments

针对国内外超声检测仪的测试和评价标准,从标准的测试方法和验收要求进行了比较及分析,并从发射脉冲重复频率、发射脉冲电压、有效输出阻抗等6项发射性能参数对其进行性能测试试验,结果表明:目前国内各制造商生产的超声检测仪器存在较大的性能差异,为使用者全面了解超声检测仪发射性能参数提供了参考依据。

In this paper,standards on evaluating characteristics of ultrasonic testing instrument were compared.The different contents described in measuring procedures and methods were analyzed.The performance test is carried out on six emission performance parameters:pulse repetition frequency,effective output impedance and other four emission performance parameters,The results show that the performance of ultrasonic testing instruments produced by domestic and foreign manufacturers is different,the result can used by users as good references of choosing appropriate methodsaccording to different intentions and requirements.
