新木桶理论视角下高校创新创业教育师资队伍建设研究——以广西高校为例 被引量:5

摘要 作为大学生创新创业热情的激发者、创新创业知识学习的引导者、创新创业实践活动的组织者以及创新创业职业生涯的陪伴者,创新创业教育师资队伍的质量高低对于高校创新创业教育教学的实施效果发挥着举足轻重的作用。以广西高校为例,将新木桶理论作为切入点,基于桶壁、桶底、桶缝逐一分析高校创新创业教育师资队伍建设存在的困境及需要解决的瓶颈,为构建优质创新创业教育师资队伍提供对策建议,助推高校创新创业教育教学改革,服务地方经济社会发展。 As the motivator of college students*enthusiasm,the guide for their knowledge learning,the organizer of their practicing activities and the companion to their career for innovation and entrepreneurship,the quality of teachers responsible for innovation and entrepreneurship education play an important role in the implementation effectiveness of innovation and entrepreneurship teaching and learning.Taking colleges and universities in Guangxi as examples,this paper,based on the new theory of the barrel,analysis the current dilemma and bottlenecks need to be solved existing in the cultivation of teachers from perspective of barrel wall,barrel bottom and barrel seam,respectively,aiming to provide suggestions and countermeasures for colleges and universities to build an innovative and entrepreneurial education teacher team of high quality,promote the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities,and better serve local economic and social development.
