IEET认证下的人才培养方案修订机制研究——以中山火炬职业技术学院通信技术专业为例 被引量:1

Research on the Revision Mechanism of Talent Training Scheme under IEET Certification——Taking Communication Technology Specialty of Zhongshan Torch Vocational and Technical College as an Example

摘要 IEET认证规范有四大特点:核心能力、持续改进、产学互动及国际接轨,论文以IEET工程认证为标准,确定通信类专业的人才培养目标和核心能力。并对人才培养方案实施中的问题,进行反思、改进,形成人才培养方案修订机制和教学大纲修订机制,为其他高职院校人才设计提供参考。 IEET certification standards have four major features:core competence,continuous improvement,industry-university interaction and international integration.This paper takes IEET engineering certification as the standard to determine the training objectives and core competencies of communication professionals.At the same time,we should reflect on and improve the problems in the implementation of the talent training program,and form the mechanism of revising the talent training program and the syllabus,The research results can provide reference for the talent design of other higher vocational colleges.
