摘要
高校毕业生就业关系到广大学生及家庭的切身利益,关系到国家的命运和未来。面对日益严峻的就业形势,中央和地方纷纷出台了众多的措施和政策来引导和帮助大学生就业。然而,“95后”毕业生“慢就业”现象日渐普遍并成为关注的焦点,与企业用人需求形成鲜明对比。因此,作为一名与高校毕业生有着频繁接触的班主任,便于深入了解“95后”毕业生群体的就业心理、就业状况,进一步探索“95后”毕业生“慢就业”现象。
Employment of college graduates is related to the vital interests of students and families,and the fate and future of the country.Faced with the increasingly severe employment situation,the central and local governments have introduced numerous measures and policies to guide and help college students to find jobs.However,the phenomenon of"slow employment"of post-1995 graduates is becoming more and more common and becomes the focus of attention,which forms a sharp contrast with the employment demand of enterprises.Therefore,as a head teacher who has frequent contact with college graduates,it is convenient for me to deeply understand the employment psychology and employment status of graduates after"95",and further explore the phenomenon of"slow employment"of graduates after"95".
