医患关系现状对医学生择业观影响分析

Analysis on the Influence of Medical Students’ Career Choice under the Present Situation of Doctor-patient Relationship

通过对广西的医科院校进行问卷调查和访谈等,了解到在日前的医患关系状况下医学生择业观出现医学生对我国医务环境了解存在局限性、医学生普遍认为医患关系紧张、日前的医患关系令医学生对择业产生较大担忧,根据这些现状从学生本身、其家庭、学校和社会四个方面分析产生这些问题的原因有:医学生个人对医患关系与择业的认知不足、家长对医学生择业的关心度不足、学校对医学生择业的环境认知教育力度不足、社会媒体对医患关系现状的反映中积极面较少,以期引起大家的共同重视,改变现状,提高医学生的职业认同感。

Under current situation of doctors-patients relationship, we learned that medical students have some problems on the view of choosing occupation based on some questionnaire surveys and interviews of medical colleges in Guangxi. Their problems include three aspects: first, most medical students have limited understandings of medical environment in China;second, medical students generally believe that doctors and patients have tense relationship;third,the tense doctor-patient relationship has caused medical students to have greater worry about their career choice. Analyzing the reasons of these problems from medical students themselves, their families, schools and society, we can get a conclusion of reasons as following: medical students’ perceptions of doctor-patient relationship and career choice Insufficient;parents’ lack of interest in their children’s career choice;school’s lack of environmental cognition education for medical students in choosing a career;and social media’s less positive show on the status quo of doctor-patient relationship. Therefore, this paper aims to attract everyone’s attention and change the status quo, then improve medical students’ professional identity.
