高校大学生创业孵化平台的四个关键管理要素探究——以文达学院跨境电商孵化平台为例 被引量:1

Research on Four Key Management Elements of College Students’ Business Incubation Platform——Taking Wonder College’s Cross-Border E-Commerce Incubator Platform as an Example

摘要 基于大学生校内创业视角,以文达学院跨境电商孵化平台为案例研究对象,呈现了高校孵化平台在大学生校内创业中起到的积极作用。通过挑战研究、策略分析和分析总结,提炼出帮助大学生校内创业的4个关键管理要素,大学生创业认知、优质供应商嫁接、持续创造价值和创新基因培育分别是大学生校内创业孵化的压舱磐石、实现途径、核心把控和动力引擎,并较为系统地构建大学生校内创业的孵化模型。研究结果对高校大学生创业孵化平台的成功运营具有重要的理论意义和实践价值。 Based on the point of college students'entrepreneurship,this paper takes the cross-border e-commerce incubation platform of Wonder university as a case study,which presents the positive role played by the university incubation platform in college students'entrepreneurship.Through the challenge research,strategy analysis and summary,the four key management factors to help college students'entrepreneurship in the university are extracted.The entrepreneurial cognition of college students,the grafting of high-quality suppliers,the continuous creation of value and the cultivation of innovative genes are the ballasts of the entrepreneurial incubation of college students,the realization of the path,the core control and power engine of college students'entrepreneurship incubation,and a more systematic construction of college students'entrepreneurship is made.The research results have important theoretical significance and practical value for the successful operation of university students'entrepreneurship incubation platform.
