摘要
地震预警是防震减灾的有效手段之一,近年来,基于微机电(MEMS,Micro-Electro-Mechanical System)的地震预警系统发展迅猛。该系统中运用的MEMS加速度计是一种与价格昂贵的力反馈传感器相当性能的低分辨率、高噪声设备,但是成本相对低廉。本文介绍了两种基于PC(personal computer)端MEMS传感器的地震预警项目:QCN(The Quake-Catcher Network project)和CSN(The Community Seismic Network project),详细描述了项目的台站观测系统、数据采集系统、数据处理系统、数据存储与保障系统以及示范应用情况,旨在为中国地震预警系统建设提供参考与借鉴。
Earthquake early warning is one of the effective means of earthquake prevention and mitigation.In recent years,the MEMS-based earthquake early warning system has developed rapidly.The MEMS accelerometer used in this system is a kind of equipment with low resolution and high noise,which has the same performance as the expensive force feedback sensor,but its cost is relatively low.This paper introduces two kinds of earthquake early warning projects based on the PC-side MEMS sensors:QCN and CSN,which describes seismic network observation system,data acquisition system,data processing system,data archive and security issues,and demonstration applications in detail,in order to provide reference for the construction of earthquake warning system in China.
