血清C-反应蛋白与血清白蛋白的比值与恶性肿瘤患者预后评估的关系

The Relationship Between the Ratio of Serum C-reactive Protein to Serum Albumin and Prognosis Evaluation of Malignant Tumor Patients

C-反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)是血清中一种急性时相蛋白,在机体受到感染或组织损伤时急剧上升,作为常用的炎症指标被广泛应用于炎症感染的诊断与评估。血清白蛋白(serum albumin,Alb)由肝脏合成,具有多种生理功能,常用于评价机体的营养状态,也可作为评价恶性肿瘤患者营养消耗程度的指标。近年来诸多研究表明,血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)与白蛋白(Alb)的比值(CRP/Alb)与恶性肿瘤患者的预后息息相关,可以作为恶性肿瘤预后的有效预测因素。本文就血清C-反应蛋白与白蛋白比值在恶性肿瘤中的研究进展作一综述。

C-reactive protein(CRP)is a rapidly rising protein in plasma when the body is infected or damaged.CRP,as a common inflammatory index,is widely used in the diagnosis and evaluation of inflammatory infection.Serum albumin(Alb)is synthesized by the liver and has many physiological functions.It is often used to evaluate the nutritional status of the body and also as an indicator to evaluate the degree of consumption of malignant tumors.Many recent studies have shown that the ratio of serum C-reactive protein(CRP)to albumin(Alb)(CRP/Alb)is related to the prognosis of patients with malignant tumors and can be used as an effective predictor of the prognosis of malignant tumors.This article reviews the research progress of the ratio of serum C-reactive protein to albumin in malignant tumors.
