摘要
民办高校是我国高等教育结构的重要支撑点,在新教育发展形势下,民办高校如何突破自身发展的局限性,强化升级转型人力资源管理的优势性,全面提升教育教学水平与人员结构的稳定性,对提升民办高校在面对复杂环境的核心竞争力具有重要的意义。因此,民办高校实现可持续发展,必然成为高校积极应对市场环境带来的挑战机遇的良好立足点。从民办高校定义、发展趋势、开发管理、人力资源的发展现状入手,提出重视青年教师职工及管理人员的培训工作,积极调动并发挥人力资源团队的整体作用,建立生态型的激励评价机制等建议。
Private colleges and universities are an important support point for China s higher education structure.Under the new education development situation,how can private colleges break through their own development limitations,strengthen the advantages by upgrading and transforming human resources management,and improve the overall education and teaching level and the stability of personnel structure?This issue is of great significance for the improvement of the core competitiveness of private universities in the face of complex environments.Therefore,achieving sustainable development in private universities will inevitably become a good foothold for colleges and universities to actively respond to the challenges brought by the market environment.This paper starts with the definition of private colleges,development trends,development management,and human resources development.It puts emphasis on the training of young teachers and managing staff,actively mobilizing the overall role of the human resources team and establishing an ecological incentive evaluation mechanism.
