论社会主义核心价值观引领下师德建设的基本路径

教育为兴国强民之首要大事,从古至今,中华民族都十分重视教育,重视教师,更重视师德。因此,在当今社会,探索师德建设的有效路径成为了重中之重。在社会主义核心价值观全面引领国人思想领域的当今时代,师德建设更需要以社会主义核心价值观为引领,将社会主义核心价值观贯穿于师德建设的方方面面,并找出师德建设的有效路径。要引领教师提升自身师德修养、建立健全师德建设的外部支持机制、营造有利于师德建设的学校和社会环境,从这三个方面构建师德建设的基本路径,使师德建设在内容上更充实、理念上更新颖、层次上再上新台阶,为教师队伍建设和教育的蓬勃发展指明前行方向。
