“全科型小学教师”的多维视角

摘要 何为“全科型小学教师”,见仁见智。“全科型小学教师”概念的明晰是理解的基础,教育部等部委印发的相关政策是高师院校“全科型小学教师”培养的指针,高师院校小学教育专业多大程度上能够践履“全科型小学教师”的培养是考察事实真伪的依据,小学教育专业践行结果的评估是观察“全科型小学教师”培养质量的窗口。研究结果表明,“全科型小学教师”的培养传达出一种理想的教育诉求,即需要为农村尤其偏远山区培养能够胜任小学多学科的教师,需要培养更多的能够“面向培养素养全面、专长发展的卓越小学教师”。 The meaning of“comprehensive type teachers of primary school”varies from individual to individual.The clarity of the concept of“comprehensive type teachers of primary school”is the basis of understanding.The relevant policies issued by the Ministry of Education and other ministries and commissions are the guideline for normal universities to practice the training of“comprehensive type teachers of primary school”.The extent to which the primary school education specialty in normal universities can implement the training of“comprehensive type teachers of primary school”is the foundation of investigation.The practice result evaluation of the primary school education specialty is the window to the observation of the cultivation quality of“comprehensive type teachers of primary school”.The research results show that the cultivation of“comprehensive type teachers of primary school”conveys an ideal educational demand that we should cultivate qualified primary school teachers who can teach multiple subjects in the rural areas,especially the remote ones,and cultivate more“excellent teachers who are capable in an all-around way and have expertise”.
