Reviewing the Psychological Counselling in Taiwan General Hospitals

作为资深心理咨询师,作者探讨了台湾目前心理师总体情况、综合医院心理卫生服务现状,重点介绍了2018年台湾发布《病人自主权力法》,要求民众在完成“预立医疗照护咨商(ACP)”后可签署“预立医疗决定书”,旨在保障病人医疗自主权益。对咨询师如何完成优质ACP服务、切实保障民众权益提出了建议。

As a senior psychological counselor,the author discussed the current general situation of psychological counselors and the counselling service in general hospitals in Taiwan and emphatically introduced the public being demanded to sign the“Advance Directive Form”in the wake of the completion of“advance care planning(ACP)”after the Patient Autonomy Act being issued by Taiwan in 2018,aiming to protect patients’medical autonomy.The author also gave counselors suggestions on how to provide ACP service with high quality and protect the public’s rights.
