关于药物心理动力意义的思考

Deliberation on the Psychodynamic Meaning of Drugs

随着技术的进步,各种新药不断被开发出来,然而一直以来,关于药物的心理动力意义等非药理活性部分所起的作用却未能得到足够重视。本文简要回顾了国外学者在药物心理动力学这方面所做的一些工作,结合一例抑郁症患者的动力性心理治疗,探索药物在其中所潜含的心理动力意义,希望为精神科医生、心理咨询师以及病人在药物疗效、药物抵抗等方面提供一些关于药物心理动力的启发和思考。

As the technology advances,all kinds of new drugs are being developed unceasingly.Nevertheless,the role of the pharmacologically non-active part,such as the meaning of drugs,has not been sufficiently emphasized.This article briefly reviews the work done by foreign researchers on the psychodynamic aspects of drugs and probes the psychodynamic significance of drugs in combination with a case of the dynamic psychotherapy of a patient with depression,thereby providing some pharmalogical and psychodynamic inspiration and thoughts on drug efficacy,drug resistance and other aspects for psychiatrists,psychological counselors and patients.
