Viewing the Process of Psychotherapy from “The King’s Speech”

本文以电影《国王的演讲》为蓝本,结合剧中人物和剧情推进介绍了动力性心理治疗特别是长程动力性心理治疗的过程。在初始阶段介绍了初始访谈的主要内容和注意事项;强调了修通为中间阶段的本质,处理阻抗、移情和反移情为中间阶段的重要内容;最后讨论了结束阶段需要处理的内容,特别是分离部分。

This article introduces psychodynamic psychotherapy especially the process of long-term psychodynamic psychotherapy based on the characters and plot advancement of the film“The King‘s Speech”.In the initial phase,the main content and attentions of the initial interview are introduced.In the middle phase,the essential task of working through is emphasized,and the important topics of dealing with resistance,transference and counter-transference are discussed.In the end,the contents needed to be dealt with,particularly separation,in the closure phase were discussed.
