摘要
西秦岭隧道全长28236m,受地形限制,全线仅设置两处斜井。为确保施工工期及无砟轨道的施工质量,需从施工工法、作业面划分、人员机械配置、物流组织、施工组织、工艺流程等多方面进行组织与管理。文章严格执行无砟轨道管理相关制度,结合现场施工过程中存在的问题,从设计、施工及管理角度,制定了多项专项管理制度,给出了长大隧道内无砟轨道施工的优化意见,对完善长大隧道内无砟轨道设计、优化无砟轨道施工管理水平具有重要意义。
The west Qinling tunnel is 28236 m long in total.Due to the limitation of terrain,only two inclined wells are set up along the whole line.In order to ensure the construction period and the construction quality of ballastless track,it is necessary to implement organization and management from the aspects of construction method,operation surface division,allocation of personnel and machinery,logistics organization,construction organization and technological process.The paper strictly implements the relevant system of ballastless track management,formulates a number of special management systems from the angle of design,construction and management combined with the problems existing in the field construction process and gives the optimum opinions on ballastless track construction in long tunnels,which is of significance for perfecting the ballastless track design and optimizing the ballastless track construction in long tunnels.
